真ん中にいる2匹が栗原敏幸さんのメダカで、上下が久保楊貴妃です。まだ若いので濃くないそうですが、今後どんどん赤くなるそうです。

すでにこのGWに第7回も発表されたようですが、今日はカレンダーに載っている
栗原敏幸さんのメダカを載せます。先の徳島訪問で「徳島メダカ」さんに分けていただいた本物の第一席メダカです。
これは昨年秋に広島県で行われた第6回メダカ品評会で良い成績を収めた魚の大きな画像が載ったカレンダーなんです。。
毎月「普通種部門」とか「ヒカリ部門」とかで構成されてます。
余談ですが、メダカの品種分けで体型を表す「ヒカリ」は書く時はカタカナです。
特徴は横から見て美しく、背びれ、尻びれ、尾びれが背骨を中心に 上下対称の形をしています。
尾びれがひし形です。水槽で見るタイプ（横見が美しい）です。
他に「ダルマ部門」」「ヒカリダルマ部門」「スモールアイ部門」「バラエティ部門」
「水槽部門」「上見部門」「自由展示部門」「新種部門」などがあります。
それぞれの体型や目の大きさ形などで分けられ、
その中で鱗が透明化か不透明か、1色か3色か、それぞれの体色、ヒレの形に違いがあるかなどで分けられています。
本当に多くの品種があり、またニックネームもついているので
識別し、理解するまで時間がかかります。
栗原さんの楊貴妃のニックネームは「紅帝」（赤の中でも最も赤が強いから）です。
